Agent Taskex is an owner's personal automation integration. This policy describes the integration and the separate static information pages hosted here.

Account data and purpose

With the owner's Google consent, the private tools can access email and attachments, calendar information, spreadsheet contents and Drive files available to the authorised account. Separately authorised calendar tools can create or update requested events.

Data is used to carry out the owner's requested personal workflows: organising correspondence, preparing responses, maintaining records and working with authorised documents. It is not sold, used for advertising or made public by this website.

Processing and service providers

Google handles sign-in, consent and the account APIs. Selected account content may be processed by the owner's approved automation and AI-service providers to complete requested tasks. Those services' account settings and policies also govern their processing; this policy does not promise that every step runs only on the owner's computer.

Private records and backups are kept in owner-controlled storage. Access credentials are kept outside this public site's files. Neither Google account content nor OAuth credentials are uploaded as part of these information pages.

Retention and control

The owner manages retention of imported records and backups. Revoking Google's access stops future authorised API access but does not automatically erase records or backups already retained. Requests to remove retained data can be sent to the contact address below.

You can review or revoke the integration in your Google Account connections. Do not send passwords, account tokens or private documents to this website.

Visitors to these pages

These pages contain no forms, advertising, client-side analytics or scripts, and set no application cookies. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, for delivery and security under its privacy policy.
